A patient portal is a web-based service that allows patients to access their medical records, book appointments, and communicate with their health care team. How to login to the Madison Ridgeland Medical Clinic Patient Portal
If you are a patient at the Madison Ridgeland Medical Clinic, you will need to login to the Patient Portal to access your medical records and other important information. To login, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to www.mrmclinic.org and log in with your credentials.
2. Click on "Patients" in the top left corner of the screen.
3. In the "Patient Profile" section, click on "Login."
4. Enter your patient identification number (PIN) and password, and click on "Log In."
How to find your account information
If you do not know your user ID or password, please click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen.
If you have forgotten your user ID, please enter your email address in the "Forgot Your User ID?" box and click the "Reset Password" button. Your new password will be emailed to you.
If you have forgotten your user ID and password, please enter your email address in the "Forgot Your User ID?" box and click the "Create Account" button. You will then be taken to a new page where you can create a new user ID or reset your password.

How to view your medical records
If you are a Madison Ridgeland Medical Clinic patient, you can view your medical records from their Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is easy to use and lets you view your medical history,current health information, and prescriptions. To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1) Click on the "Patient Portal" tab on the top right-hand side of this page.
2) Enter your patient ID number in the "Enter Patient ID Number" field.
3) Click on the "Log In" button.
4) Enter your login credentials in the "Login Credentials" field.
5) Click on the "Log In" button.
6) You will now be able to view your medical records!

To login to the Patient Portal, go to their website (www.madisonridgelandmedicalclinic.com) and click on the "Patient Portal" link in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Once you are on the Patient Portal, click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page. You will then be able to enter your user name and password. If you have a medical appointment or need to speak to a doctor, you will need to login to the clinic's patient portal. The patient portal is a web-based system that allows patients to view their appointments and messages, as well as contact doctors and nurses. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to the clinic's website and click on the "Patient Portal" link in the menu on the left side of the page.
2. Enter your Patient ID number (which is located on your hospital discharge papers) into the "User ID" box. This ID number is also displayed on most medical documents.
3. Enter your password into the "Password" box and hit "Login."
4. You will now be able to view your appointments and messages, as well as contact doctors and nurses.
Tips for using the Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a great way to keep track of your health history and lab results. Here are some tips for using the portal:
1. Create an account by clicking on the "Sign In" button on the top right corner of the home page. You will need your patient number and password to sign in.
2. Once you have logged in, you will see the main page of the Patient Portal. On this page, you can view your current health history and lab results, as well as make appointments and manage your medical records.
3. To view your health history, click on the "History" tab on the main page. This tab will show you all of your medical visits dating back to February 2017. The date and time of each visit will appear below the corresponding information. You can also click on the "Print History" link at the bottom of this page to print out a copy of your health history.
4. To view your lab results, click on the "Laboratory Results" tab on the main page. This tab will show you all of your blood tests taken at Madison Ridgeland Medical Clinic since February 2017. You can also click on the "Print Laboratory Results"
