Macneal Patient Portal is now available to all patients registered with the Macneal practice. If you are a registered patient and have not already registered, please follow the instructions below to do so.

If you are a Macneal patient, you can use their Patient Portal to login and manage your medical records. The Patient Portal is a secure website that allows you to view your medical history, make appointments, and more. To access the Patient Portal, visit macneal.org and click on the "Patient Portal" link in the left-hand navigation panel. Once you are logged in, you will see the following main pages: Medical History, Appointments, and Messages.
How to Log In
If you are a MacNeal patient and have created an account on the Patient Portal, you can login to the website using your username and password. If you have not created an account on the Patient Portal, you can sign up for an account by clicking here.
How to Access My Patient Profile
To access your patient profile, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Profile" tab at the top of the website.
2. Enter your patient's name and date of birth in the appropriate fields.
3. Click on the "Edit Profile" button to update your personal information or to create a new account if you do not have an existing one.
4. Click on the "View Patient Records" link to view your patient's medical history and current medications.
5. Click on the "Contact Me" link to send a message to your patient or to request that they contact you about a health concern.
How to Add a New Patient
If you are a new patient, you will first need to create an account and login. After logging in, you can start adding your medical information and prescriptions. How to View My Medical History
If you are a MacNeillal patient, you can view your medical history on the patient portal. To login to the patient portal, go to www.macneal.org and sign in with your account information. Once you are logged in, click on "My Medical History." You can view your medical history by clicking on the blue "view all" link at the top of the page, or by clicking on a category, such as cancer care or heart disease.
How to Cancel or Change My Appointment
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to the MacNeal Patient Portal.
2. Click on "My Appointments."
3. On the right side of the page, click on "Cancel or Change My Appointment."
4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
