How to login to Macewan Student Portal
Macewan Student Portal provides a way for students to access their course materials, grades, and other personal information.
To login to Macewan Student Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the home page of Macewan Student Portal (https://portal.macewan.ca/login).
2. Click on the “Login” button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Log In” button.
4. The login screen will display your current account status and any recent updates to your account.
How to add or change your password
If you have forgotten your login password, or if you would like to create a new one, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" link on the left-hand side of the home page.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click on the "Create Password" button.
3. Type your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Confirm Password" button.
4. Click on the "Login" link to log in to your account.
How to update your personal information
If you have changed your name, address, email address or phone number since you last logged in to your Macewan Student Portal, now is the time to update your information. To update your personal information:
1. Log in to your Macewan Student Portal.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click on "My Profile."
3. On the "Profile" page, click on "Edit Personal Info."
4. Update your name, address, email address and phone number as needed. Click "Save Changes."
How to report a problem with the Macewan Student Portal
If you experience a problem with the Macewan Student Portal, you can report it by logging into the portal and clicking on "Report a problem" in the top right corner. From there, you will be able to provide detailed information about your issue so that we can address it as quickly as possible.
How to view your account information
If you are a Macewan student, you can view your account information by clicking on the "My Account" link on the home page of the portal. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your account details, including your student ID number and email address. You can also access this information by signing in to the portal using your username and password.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from the Macewan Student Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Macewan Student Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on the "Email Notifications" button.
4. On the "Email Notification Settings" page, scroll down and click on the "Unsubscribe" button.
