How to login to Lucton School Parent Portal
To login to the Lucton School Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" link at the top of the page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the login form fields.
3. Click on the "login" button to log in.
4. If you have any questions about logging in or using the portal, please contact them at [email protected]
How to access your account and messages
If you have forgotten your login information, click on the link in the email that was sent to you when you registered for the Parent Portal. If you have not received an email with login information, please contact them at [email protected]. You will need your school ID number, first and last name, and email address to log in.
Once logged in, follow these steps to access your account:
1) Click on the name of your school in the left-hand column.
2) Under "My Account," click on "Message Board."
3) Click on "New Topic" in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
4) Type a subject for your new post and press enter.
5) Select a category for your post (ie. Newsletters, Events, etc.) and press enter.
6) Write a brief description of what you would like to say and press enter.
7) Click on "Post New Message."
8) Type in your message and press enter.
9) Click on "Send Message."
How to change your password
If you forgot your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal using your username and password.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the Parent Portal screen.
3. Click on "Change Password" in the sub-menu that appears.
4. Enter your new password twice in the "New Password" text box, and click on "Update Password".
5. Click on "Close" in the top right corner of the screen to log out of the Parent Portal.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
To unsubscribe from notifications on the Lucton School Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
2. Click on the "Notifications" tab at the top of the page.
3. Under "Incoming Notifications," click on the blue "Unsubscribe" button next to the notification you want to unsubscribe from.
4. Fill out the form with your email address and click on the "Submit" button.
How to report a problem
If you are having trouble logging in to the Lucton School Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer.
2. Make sure that your browser is up-to-date.
3. Navigate to www.luctonschool.org and click on the “Parent Portal” tab in the top left corner of the screen.
4. Enter your school login information and click on the “Log In” button at the top of the page.
