How to Login to Lubin Property Management Tenant Portal
If you have not already created an account with Lubin Property Management, please click here to create an account. Once you have logged in, follow these steps to login to their tenant portal:
1. Click on the "Users" tab at the top of the page.
2. In the "User Name" field, type your user name (e.g. "John Doe").
3. In the "Password" field, type your password (e.g. "password").
4. Click on the "Login" button to log in.
How to Upload a Tenant File
If you need to upload a tenant file, please follow these steps:
1. Log into the Lubin Property Management Tenant Portal.
2. Click on the blue "Tenant Files" button in the main navigation bar.
3. Select the file you want to upload from your computer. The file must be in .txt or .doc format and have a file size no greater than 500 MB.
4. Click on the "Upload File" button to begin the upload process.
How to View a Tenant's History
To view a tenant's history, log in to the Lubin Property Management tenant portal and click on the "History" tab. This will display a list of all of the tenants that have rented from Lubin Property Management. You can filter this list by name, address, or lease expiration date. You can also see a breakdown of how much rent each tenant has paid, and how long they've been renting from Lubin Property Management.
How to Contact a Tenant
If you need to contact a tenant, the first step is to login to the Lubin Property Management tenant portal. To navigate to the tenant portal, go to:

Once you are logged in, the first thing you'll want to do is look for your tenant's name in the alphabetized list of tenants on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on their name to bring up their information page.
On your tenant's information page, you'll see a number of important details about them, including their address and rental history. You can also contact them directly by clicking on the "Contact this Tenant" button.
Once you've contacted your tenant, be sure to keep track of any responses they give you so that you can properly manage their rental property.
How to View or Print Out a Tenant Agreement
If you have a tenant who is late on rent, or if you need to document any disputes between tenants, you can use the Tenant Portal to view and print out their agreement. The Tenant Portal is located on the Lubin Property Management website under the "Admin" tab.
To login to the Tenant Portal, first create an account by clicking on the "Create Account" button on the Admin tab of the Lubin Property Management website. After you have created your account, you will be able to access it by entering your email address and password in the "Login" and "Password" fields respectively.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to view and print out your tenant agreements by clicking on the "Tenant Agreements" link under the "Admin" tab. You can also modify or delete tenant agreements by clicking on the "Tenant Agreement" link and then clicking on the "Edit" button.
If you need to print out a current tenant agreement, you can do so by clicking on the "Print Out Agreement" button under the "Admin" tab.
