How to login to Loughborough University Portal
If you are a student at Loughborough University and have an email address, you can log in to the portal using that address. If you do not have an email address and you are not a staff member at Loughborough University, you can sign up for a student account on the portal.
How to use the Loughborough University Portal
If you are a student at Loughborough University, you will need to login in order to access your personal information and course materials. The process of logging in is simple and can be done using your student email address and password. Here are the steps:
1. Log in to the Loughborough University Portal using your student email address and password.
2. Click on the ‘Home’ tab at the top of the page and then click on ‘Login’.
3. Enter your student email address and password into the fields provided and click on ‘Log In’.
4. You will now be presented with a list of options on the left-hand side of the screen.
5. Click on ‘My Courses’ to view all of your courses and their relevant information, or click on ‘Personal Info’ to view your personal details and any notes that have been added about you by your lecturers.
How to find your course and module timetable
There are a few ways to find your course and module timetable. Here are the main methods:
1) Login to the University Portal and select My Account from the top navigation bar. This will take you to the My Course & Module Timetable page. You can use this page to search for your course and module titles, or browse by subject area.
2) Once you have found your course and module timetable, you can use the buttons on the left-hand side of the page to go directly to the relevant section. For example, if you are looking for information about a particular module, simply click on the Module link in the table of contents at the top of the page.

How to manage your Student Records
If you are a current Loughborough University student, or have been registered with them in the past, you will be familiar with their Student Accounts system. This system allows you to manage your personal records and access your course materials. You can also use it to keep track of important dates, such as deadlines for assignments and exams.
To log in to your Student Accounts, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the homepage of their website and click on the ‘Student Accounts’ link in the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. On the ‘Student Accounts’ page, you will be prompted to enter your NetID and password (these are the unique identifiers that identify you as a student at Loughborough).
3. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to a page displaying all of your current course information. You can also use this page to view your academic progress, view your grades and add/edit/delete courses.

How to make a complaint about a student behaviour
If you have a complaint about a student's behaviour, you can make a formal complaint through the Loughborough University Portal. To make a complaint, you will need to:
- Log in to the Loughborough University Portal
- Go to 'Student Services'
- Select 'Complaints and Grievances'
- Click on the 'Make a Complaint' tab
- Enter your details, including your name and contact information, and click on the 'Submit' button
- The University will contact you to arrange a meeting to discuss your complaint
How to access support services
If you are having trouble logging in to the university portal, there are a few things you can do to try and solve the problem.
To access support services from the portal, first ensure that you have the correct user name and password. If you still cannot login, please contact your supervisor or tutor for assistance.
If you are having trouble logging in to the university portal using your My Loughborough account, please follow these instructions:
1) Firstly, make sure that your university email address is registered with My Loughborough. You can find out how to register your email address here:
2) Next, open My Loughborough and sign in. On the left-hand side of the screen, under 'User Accounts', click 'Login'.
3) Enter your user name (which is the same as your login name on the portal) and password (which you created when you registered with My Loughborough). If you still cannot login, please contact your supervisor or tutor for assistance.
How to report a crime or incident
If you have been a victim of crime or an incident at Loughborough University, please follow these steps to report it:
1. Go to the police website and find your local police station.
2. Enter the relevant information about the crime or incident including the date, time and location.
3. Click on the ‘submit’ button.
4. You will be forwarded to a webpage where you will be able to print out a copy of the police report form.
5. Contact Loughborough University Security if you wish to make a formal complaint or request further information about the investigation.
