How to login
If you need help logging into the Livewell Rewards Center, follow these simple steps.
1. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields on the login screen.
2. Click "Log In." If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so now.
3. You will now be able to access all of the features of the Rewards Center.
How to redeem your points
If you are new to Livewell Rewards, we want to welcome you! Here, we will show you how to redeem your points for rewards.
To begin, log in to your account at www.livewellrewards.com. Then, under the My Account tab, select Redeem Points. On the next screen, enter your activation code and click Redeem Points. You will be redirected to a screen where you can see the rewards that you are eligible to receive.
Please note that only points earned through purchases made at participating retailers or through Livewell Rewards partner programs can be redeemed for rewards. Additionally, rewards cannot be transferred between accounts or used in combination with any other offer or promotion.

How to change your password
If you forget your Livewell Rewards Center login, you can change your password by following these steps:
1. Go to the Livewell Rewards Center homepage.
2. Click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the page.
3. On the My Account page, click on the "Change Password" link in the top left corner.
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Submit" button.
How to cancel your subscription
If you need to cancel your subscription, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Livewell Rewards Center.
2. Click on the My Subscriptions tab.
3. On the My Subscriptions page, click on the Cancel My Subscription button.
4. Follow the instructions on the confirmation page to cancel your subscription.
