3. In the Meeting Details screen, click on Add People in the left-hand column.
4. Enter the details of each person you want to add to the meeting, including their name and email address.
5. Click Add People to add each person to the meeting.
6. If you want to change any of the details for any of the people in the meeting, click on their name and then click on Edit Details.
