How to login to the Lincoln At Fair Oaks Resident Portal
If you are a Lincoln At Fair Oaks resident and need to login to their resident portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyLincoln account.
2. Click the "Residents" tab on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Click "Login" in the top right-hand corner.
4. Enter your MyLincoln ID and password, and click "Log In." You will be automatically redirected to the resident portal.
How to find your account number
To find your account number, login to the Lincoln At Fair Oaks Resident Portal and click on "My Account." You'll be taken to a page where you can find your account number.

How to view your account information
-To view your account information on the Lincoln At Fair Oaks Resident Portal, sign in and click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar.
-Your account information will appear on the left side of the screen.
-Some of the information you can view includes your login name, user ID, password, and expiration date.
How to make a payment on your account
If you are a Fair Oaks resident and need to make a payment on your account, there are a few different ways to do it. Here are the steps for each method:
- Online: Log in to your Lincoln at Fair Oaks account at www.fairoaksresidence.com and select "My Account." From here, you can view all of your account information, including your current balance and the history of payments you have made. To make a payment, click on the "Make A Payment" link on the right side of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your bank account information, and then you will be able to pay your bill using your debit or credit card.
- By Phone: If you would like to make a payment by phone, please call 888-321-4115. You will be able to speak with a customer service representative who will help you make a payment on your account.
- In Person: You can also pay your bill in person at any one of their 13 locations across Maryland. To find a location near you, visit their website or look for the "Pay Your Bill" sign outside of the building.
How to cancel or update your address
If you have moved and need to cancel your address, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Lincoln At Fair Oaks Resident Portal.
2. Click on "My Account."
3. Under "Update Your Address," click on the link to cancel your address.
How to unsubscribe from e-mail notifications
If you no longer want to receive notifications from the Lincoln At Fair Oaks Resident Portal, there are a few steps you can take to unsubscribe.
1. Login to the portal and click on the "Notifications" tab.
2. Under "Email Notifications," click on the "Unsubscribe" link next to the notification you would like to unsubscribe from.
3. Follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email to complete the unsubscription process.
