How to login to Lifeworks Portal
If you are new to Lifeworks Portal, please follow these instructions to login: Login using your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your email address or password, please click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the home page and enter your email address and password into the form that appears.
How to add an employee to your account
If you are a business owner or administrator and you want to add an employee to your Lifeworks Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Lifeworks Portal account.
2. On the top left corner of the screen, click Accounts.
3. Select the account you want to add the employee to.
4. On the right side of the screen, under Employees, click Add an Employee.
5. Enter the employee's name and email address into the fields on the page. You can also optionally enter their password if you want. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

How to change a password
If you've forgotten your login credentials, or just want to change your password, follow these steps.:
1) Log in to Lifeworks Portal. If you haven't logged in recently, you'll need to create a new account first.
2) Click the "Accounts" tab at the top of the page. You'll see all of your current accounts listed.
3) Under "My Account," click the "Change Password" link next to the account you want to change it for.
4) Enter your old password and new password in the appropriate fields, and click the "Update Password" button.
How to report a problem with your account
If you encounter a problem logging into Lifeworks Portal, please follow these steps to report the issue:
1.Click on the “Sign In” button in the top right corner of the homepage.
2.Enter your email address and password in the fields provided and click “Sign In.”
3.If you are not immediately prompted to enter your credentials again, click on the “Manage My Account” link in the top left corner of the homepage.
4.In the “My Account” page, click on the “Report A Problem” link in the upper right corner of the page.
5.Enter as much information as possible about your problem, including: your name, account number, when and where the problem occurred, and what you did to try to fix it. Click “Submit Report” to submit your report.
