How to Log In
If you are new to the LGPG Patient Portal, you will need to create an account. To create an account, go to the Login page and enter your email address and password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all of your account information, including your medications and allergies. You can also request refill cards for your medications and access your health records.
How to Find Your LGP ID
If you have not already done so, please create an account on the LGP Patient Portal. Once you have logged in, click on “My Account” at the top of the home page and enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields. Click on the “Login” button to access your account information.
Once you have logged in, click on the “My Account” link again and look for your LGP ID. Your LGP ID is located below your name in the column titled “ID.” If you do not remember your LGP ID, please contact them at 1-800-LGP4YOU (1-800-543-9669).

How to Contact Lgp

- Navigate to the Lgp Patient Portal at www.lgp.org
- Enter your login credentials (username and password) in the login form on the main page of the portal
- Click on the “My Account” link on the left toolbar and select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu
- On the My Profile page, click on the “Settings” tab and then under “User Experience” click on “Email Notifications”
- In the email notification settings, enter your email address and select either a time period (every day, week, or month) or an event type (new patient registration, change of primary care provider, etc.)
- Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the settings page

1. Log in to your patient portal account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab located at the top of the page.
3. Under "My Account Details," click on the "Print History" button.

How to Subscribe or Unsubscribe from notifications
If you would like to subscribe to notifications about new articles and other updates from LGP, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Patient Portal.
2. In the upper-left corner of the page, click on the "Notification Settings" link.
3. In the "Notification Settings" page, under "My Notifications," select "Subscribe to Updates."
4. Click on the "Update Profile" link to confirm your subscription.
5. You will now receive notifications about new articles and other updates from LGP in your Patient Portal inbox.
