To sign up, visit lexus.com/customerportal and click the "Create an Account" button. You'll need your name, email address, and password to create an account. Once you've created your account, enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields on the home page of Lexus Customer Portal. Click the "Log In" button to log in.
You'll see the home page of Lexus Customer Portal in your browser window. The top of the home page has a list of sections: My Services, My Vehicles, My Orders, and more. To the left of each section is a list of options. Below these options are tabs that let you toggle between different sections of Lexus Customer Portal. On the right side of the home page is a search box where you can type in what you're looking for (for example, "My Vehicles"). When you find what you're looking for, click on it to open that section of Lexus Customer Portal.

How to login to Lexus Customer Portal
If you have not yet registered for Lexus Connect, the online customer portal for Lexus vehicles, you can do so now by visiting lexusconnect.com. Once you have registered, you will be able to access your account information and vehicle history on the Lexus Customer Portal. Follow these steps to login:
1. Navigate to lexusconnect.com and click on the 'Login' button in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the 'Log In' button.
3. You will then be directed to the 'Account Overview' page where you can view your account information, including your VIN number and model year of your Lexus vehicle. You can also view recent service and warranty appointments, as well as configure settings for your vehicle such as climate control and audio settings.
4. If you have not already done so, you can also set up notifications for specific events such as new recalls or service updates for your Lexus vehicle. Click on the 'Notifications' link at the bottom of the page to get started.
5. Finally, click on the 'My Vehicles' tab
How to use Lexus Customer Portal
If you have never used the Lexus Customer Portal before, it is a great tool to help you manage your vehicle and keep track of your maintenance history.
To login to the Lexus Customer Portal, you will need yourvehicle’s VIN number and your Lexus account number. To get your VIN number, go to lexus.com and look for “My Vehicle” in the main navigation menu. Under “My Vehicle”, select “VIN Search”. In the results page, select the “VIN Details” tab and enter your vehicle’s VIN number in the “VIN Number” field.
If you have an existing Lexus account, enter your account number in the “Account Number” field and click the “Login” button. If you do not have an existing Lexus account, click the “Create An Account” button and follow the instructions onscreen.
