To access the resident portal, first log in using your Linden Park ID number or email address. Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu on the left-hand side of the screen. From here, you can click on “Residents’ Area” to access all of the features of the resident portal.
How to Login to your Legacy Account
If you have not already done so, please create an account on their Legacy website at LindenPark.org. Once you have registered and logged in, follow these steps to login:
1. From the main menu on the left, select "My Account."
2. On the My Account page, click on the link that says "Login."
3. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click "Log In."
4. You will be returned to the My Account page. Click on the link that says "Logout" to log out of your account.
How to Update your Profile
If you have not done so already, please login to your Linden Park Resident Portal account by clicking on the "Login" button in the upper right corner of this page. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link below and enter your email address to receive a new password. Once you have logged in, click on the "My Profile" tab at the top of the screen. Here you will find a list of all of your current profile information. You can update or add any information that is missing by clicking on the "Edit Profile" link next to each item. Finally, click on the "Save Changes" button to save your changes and return to the homepage.
How to Add or Remove Family Members from your Legacy Account
If you'd like to add or remove family members from your Legacy account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Legacy account and click on the "My Account" tab.
2. On the "My Account" tab, under "Family Members," click on the button that says "Add a Family Member."
3. Enter the email address of the person you'd like to add as a family member and click on thebutton.
4. Click on thebutton to confirm your addition.
5. If you'd like to remove a family member from your Legacy account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Legacy account and click on the "My Account" tab.
2. On the "My Account" tab, under "Family Members," click on the button that says "Remove a Family Member."
3. Enter the email address of the person you'd like to remove from your Legacy account and click on thebutton.
4. Click on thebutton to confirm your removal.
How to Change Your Email Address
If you have ever created an account with Linden Park and need to change your email address, there are a few simple steps to follow.
First, log in to the resident portal using your username and password. Once you are logged in, click on the “Profile” tab at the top of the screen. On the Profile tab, under “My Profile”, you will find an option to change your email address.
To change your email address, simply enter your new email address in the field provided and click on the “Update Profile” button. You will then be returned to the Profile tab and your new email address will be displayed next to your username.
How to Change or Delete Your Password
If you're having trouble logging in to your Linden Park Resident Portal account, there are a few things you can do to try and fix the problem. First, make sure that you have the correct login credentials. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page and enter your email address in the "Create A New Password" field. You can also change your password if you've forgotten it. To change your password, click the "Change Password" link on the login page and enter your new password in the "New Password" field. Finally, if you need to delete your account entirely, click the "Delete My Account" link on the login page and confirm that you want to delete your account.
How to Access and Use Your Legacy Account Online
If you are a Linden Park resident and have an online legacy account, you can access your account and manage your estate items from any computer with internet access. To login to your account, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Legacy at Linden Park Resident Portal home page.
2. Click on the “Login” link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your e-mail address and password into the appropriate fields, and click on the “Log In” button.
4. You will be taken to a page where you can view all of your account information and manage your estate items.
How to Enroll in Legacy Updates
If you would like to receive Legacy Updates from Linden Park, you will need to create an account and login. Below are the steps you will need to follow in order to create an account and login:
1. Go to the "My Linden Park" section of the resident portal at https://www.lindenparkny.gov/services/residents/my-linden-park/.
2. On the left side of the page, under "Login," click on "Create Account."
3. On the next page, enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click on "Next."
4. On the next page, you will be asked to provide your birthdate. If you do not have a birthdate available, you can choose to have your birthday automatically updated when you sign up for Legacy Updates. Click on "Yes" and then on "Next."
5. On the next page, you will be asked to choose a password. Make sure that this password is unique and easy for you to remember. Enter it in the field provided and click on "Next."
