How to login to the Leap Property Management Tenant Portal
Leap Property Management is excited to offer their new tenant portal. This online tool allows tenants and landlords to easily access account information, modify rental agreements, and more.
To access the tenant portal, first log in using your Leap Properties login credentials. From there, you can access all of your account information, including your rental agreement and recent activity logs.

How to add or edit a tenant
Leap Property Management offers tenants the ability to add or edit information about themselves on their tenant portal. To access the tenant portal, log in using your login credentials.
To add or edit a tenant:
1. Click on "My tenants" from the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the home page.
2. In the list of tenants, click on the name of the tenant you wish to edit.
3. On the main tenant portal page, under "My account," click on "Manage my information."
4. In the "My Information" section, under "Add a new tenant," enter your full name and email address. You will also need to provide apassword for this tenant. You can optionally provide a phone number and/or a physical address for this tenant. If you choose to do so, you will need to supply either an image or a PDF of your rental agreement.
5. Click on "Create." Your new tenant has been added to the list of tenants on your tenant portal!
How to add or edit a property
Adding or editing a property on the Tenant Portal can be done by visiting the Property Summary page for the property, clicking on the Edit icon next to the property's name, and filling out the relevant information. Once the edit is complete, click on the Save icon to save the changes.

If you are a tenant and need to update your contact information, or if you are a property manager and need to add a new tenant, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Leap Property Management Tenant Portal.
2. Click the “Tenants” tab.
3. Select the tenant you want to update from the list of tenants.
4. Click the “Contact Info” tab.
5. Update your contact information by filling in the fields on the page.
6. Click the “Update Contact Info” button to save your changes.

Once you are signed in, click on the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to your account overview page. On this page, under the heading “Portal”, you will find the link to the tenant portal. Click on this link to access the tenant portal.
When you arrive at the tenant portal, you will be asked to enter your login information. This information is usually your name (as registered with Leap Property Management) and password (which you created when you signed up for an account with Leap Property Management). If you have not changed your password recently, you will be prompted to do so now. Once you have logged in, click on the “Log In” button in the top right corner of the screen. You will now be taken to a page where you can make changes or updates to your account information or contact them if there is a problem with your account
