2. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click on the SIGN IN button.
3. You'll be redirected to a confirmation page, where you'll need to click on the CONFIRM button to finish logging in.
How to login to Land Rover Portal
Login to your Land Rover Portal account:
1. Go to www.landrover.com and sign in.
2. Click on My Land Rover, then Login.
3. Enter your user name and password, then click Log In.
4. On the left-hand side of the screen, under My Profile, click on Login Details.
5. Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
6. On the right-hand side of the screen, under My Profile, click on Change Password.
7. Enter your new password and confirm it, then click Change Password again.
How to sign onto your account
To sign into your account, click the “Login” link on the top right of any page on their website. Enter your username and password, and you’re in!
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have changed your password and need to update it, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Land Rover Portal login page.
2. Enter your username and password. If you do not remember your username or password, click the "Forgot Your Username or Password?" link below to reset them both.
3. Click the "Change Password" link in the upper right corner of the page.
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and confirm it in the "Confirm New Password" field. Click the "Update Profile" button at the bottom of the page to finish.
How to reset your password
To reset your password, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at Land Rover Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" link located in the top left corner of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, click on the "Passwords" link located in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Enter your email address and password into the corresponding fields and click on the "Reset Password" button.
How to view and manage your vehicle history
If you're looking to view your vehicle history, Land Rover Portal is the place to go. This online tool lets you access data on your vehicle, including details on accidents, repairs and service history. You can also keep track of your fuel economy and emissions levels, and even get alerts when your car needs servicing. To get started, login here.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information since you last logged into your Portal, you can update your information by clicking on the My Account icon at the top right of any page on the Portal and following the instructions.
How to cancel or suspend your service
If you're unhappy with your Land Rover Portal experience, there are a few ways to cancel or suspend your service. To cancel your service, just log in to your account and click on the 'Cancel Service' link at the top of the page. If you need to suspend your service for any reason, just login and click on the 'Suspend Service' link at the top of the page. Whenever you decide to resume service, just login and click on the 'Resume Service' link at the top of the page.
How to dispute a charge
If you believe that you have been unfairly charged by a Land Rover retailer, you can dispute the charge. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Contact the store where the purchase was made and explain that you believe you were unfairly charged. Most Land Rover retailers accept returns within 30 days of purchase, so be sure to bring your receipt with you when you call.
2. Ask the store to provide documentation supporting the charge. For example, if you were charged for an extended warranty that you did not purchase, the store may provide documentation showing that you agreed to purchase the warranty.
3. If the store does not provide documentation supporting the charge, request a refund from the company that issued the charge. You may need to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt) and proof of identity (such as a driver’s license).
