Lancaster Skin Center is excited to announce their new Patient Portal! This helpful resource will allow patients to easily access their medical records, view photos and videos of procedures, and more. The Patient Portal is now open for registration and can be accessed by clicking here.

How to login to the Lancaster Skin Center Patient Portal
If you haven't already, please create an account on their website. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the information and services we offer their patients. To log in, click on the "My Account" link located on the top right corner of any page on their website. After logging in, you will be able to view your account information and current medications. You can also request prescription refills, make appointments, and find out more about their treatments and services.
How to view your health history
At Lancaster Skin Center their patients have access to their health history through their patient portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Visit the Patient Portal homepage at www.lancasterskincenter.com
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields on the homepage
3. Click on "My Profile" in the main menu bar to view your health history
4. If you have any questions about accessing your health history or need assistance logging in, please call their office at (717) 334-6100 and one of their staff members will be happy to assist you.
How to make a new appointment
If you are a new patient, please take a moment to review their Patient Portal instructions. In order to login and make your appointment, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in with your email address and password.
2. Click on the "Appointments" tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on the "Make Appointment" button to schedule a visit with one of their physicians or experienced staff members.
4. You will be taken to their calendar where you can select a date and time that is convenient for you. Please note: We highly recommend calling us 24 hours in advance to confirm availability for your appointment!
How to view your medications
If you are a patient of Lancaster Skin Center, you can view your medications by logging into their patient portal. To log in, you will need your patient ID and password. You can find these information on your appointment confirmation or on the website. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all of your medications and their corresponding dosages.
How to pay your bill
If you have any questions about your account or need to make a payment, please follow these instructions.
To login to the patient portal, go to: www.lancaster-skins.com/login and enter your email address and password.
If you have already logged in, please click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page.
From there, you can view your account information, make payments, and more.

How to request a copy of your medical record
If you would like a copy of your medical record from Lancaster Skin Center, please complete the Patient Portal request form. Your medical record will be sent to you via email within two business days.
How to report a complaint
If you are unhappy with the service or care you received from Lancaster Skin Center, you may want to consider reporting your complaint. This can be done through the patient portal, which is located on the center's website. The following steps will help you complete the process:
1. Log in to the patient portal.
2. Click on the "My Services" tab.
3. Select "Complaint."
4. Complete the form and click submit.
