How to Make a Payment
If you have a pending bill, you can login to their resident portal and make a payment. You will need your account number, the account type (Rental or Ownership), and the amount of the payment.
To make a payment:
-Log in to their resident portal.
-Click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar.
-Click on "Pending Bills."
-Enter your account number, account type, and the amount of the payment in the appropriate fields.
-Click "Pay Now" to submit your payment.
How to Renew your Lease
If you live at Lakeside Place Apartments and your lease is up, now is the time to renew! Here are the steps on how to login and renew your lease:
1. Go to their Resident Portal (https://www.lakesideplace.com/resident-portal/) and click on the “Login” link in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Enter your User ID and Password, and then click on the “Log In” button.
3. You will now be in the My Account area of their Resident Portal.
4. Click on the “Lease” tab to view your current lease information.
5. To renew your lease, click on the “Renew Lease” button next to your desired contract date.
6. You will be asked to submit a new lease agreement form, which you can find under the Documents tab of your My Account area on their Resident Portal.
7. Once you have submitted your form, you will receive an email notification confirming that your lease has been renewed!
How to Obtain a Copy of your Lease
Residents at Lakeside Place Apartments can obtain a copy of their lease by logging into the resident portal. The process for obtaining a copy of your lease is as follows:
-Go to the resident portal and sign in.
-Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
-Click on "Leases & Documents."
-Under "Lease Details," click on "Print."
-Print the entire lease, including all pages.
