How to login to Lakeridge Health Patient Portal
If you are a patient at Lakeridge Health, there is a login section on the Patient Portal where you can access your personal information, including your account history and medication statuses. To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:

2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.

Adding a Contact:
To add a contact, first click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the website and then click on My Contacts. You will be presented with a list of all of your contacts. Click on the name of the person you would like to add to your patient portal and then click on Add. You will be asked to provide their email address and password. Once you have provided these details, they will be added to your patient portal account and can be accessed from any page within your patient portal by clicking on their name and clicking on My Contacts in the menu that pops up.
Changing a Contact:
If you would like to change the email address or password for a contact, first click on that contact's name in My Contacts and then click on Edit Profile. This will take you to their personal profile page where you can update their information.

If you experience a problem logging in to your Lakeridge Health patient portal, there are a few ways to report the issue.
