How to login to the Ksu Resident Portal
If you are a KSU student, faculty, or staff member and are logging in to the resident portal for the first time, follow these instructions:
1. Click on the “Login” link in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and enter your email address where prompted. A new password will be sent to your email address. You can also click on the “Change Password” link if you need to update your login information.
3. If you have activated your account with Google, Microsoft Active Directory, or Facebook, these logins will automatically populate in the login form. If you do not have one of these logins active, please enter your name and email address and then click on the “Sign In” button at the bottom of the page.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the resources available on their website!
Changing your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" link in the main menu at the top of the blog section.
2. Enter your email address and password into the login fields and click on the "Login" button.
3. If you have multiple accounts on Ksu, be sure to select the account you wish to use before clicking on the "Login" button.

Accessing your MyKsu account
If you are a KSU student and have an active MyKsu account, following these steps will show you how to login. If you do not have a MyKsu account, or if you have forgotten your password, please visit myksu.kennesaw.edu and sign in to create an account. Once you have logged in, follow these steps to access your MyKsu account:
1. Click the "MyKsu" logo on the home page of www.kennesaw.edu.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click "Log In."
3. Enter your username (e.g., ksuuser) and password (e.g., Kennesaw).
4. Click "Log In." Your login status will be "Logged In."

Editing your MyKsu profile

5. Click on Edit Profile in the middle column to begin editing your profile.

1. In the first row of the Contact Information section, type your full name (first and last) and email address.
2. In the Address section, type your street address or GPS coordinates (if you know them).

Add/Remove Courses
If you are a KSU student, you have access to the Resident Portal. The Resident Portal is a online system that allows you to manage your academic records and registration information. You can add or remove courses, view your schedule, and more. To login to the Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.ksu.edu and sign in with your KSU username and password.
2. Click on the “Resident Portal” link in the left navigation bar.
3. In the “Resident Portal” page, click on “Login” in the top menu.
4. Type in your KSU username (first name last name) and password in the appropriate fields and click on “Login” to log in to the Resident Portal.
Updating your contact information
If you have changed your contact information on the KSU Resident Portal, now is the time to update your information. Login to the portal and click on "My Account" in the top right corner. You will see a section called "Contact Info." Click on the link next to your name to update your information.
