How to activate your Koodo account
If you haven't activated your Koodo account yet, now is the time to do it! Here are instructions on how to login and activate your account:
1. Visit the Koodo activation portal at www.koodo.com/activation
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the submit button
3. You will be prompted to activate your account with a new number or a current number that is already registered in Koodo's system
4. If you have a current number, you will be asked to enter your phone number so that we can verify it is yours and activate your account
5. Once your account is activated, you will receive an email notification confirming the activation process
6. You are now ready to use your new Koodo number!
How to change your password
Koodo keeps your account information secure by requiring you to change your password every few months. Here's how to do it:
1. Log in to your Koodo account.
2. Click the "My Account" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

4. Enter your current password in the "New Password" box and choose a new password in the "Confirm New Password" box.

5. If your dispute is successful, your credit card will be refunded and you'll no longer have to pay the disputed amount.
