How to use Kobalt Portal
Kobalt Portal is a web-based system designed to help employees access information from their work areas.
To login to Kobalt Portal, follow these steps:
1. Type kobalt into the address bar of your browser and press Enter.
2. On the Kobalt Portal home page, click the Login link in the upper right corner.
3.Type your user name and password into the fields provided and click Log In.
4.If you are not already logged in, Kobalt Portal will prompt you to do so now. Click OK to continue.
5.You will be returned to the home page of Kobalt Portal. Click Home in the upper left corner to return to the main menu. From here, you can access various sections of the system: My Work Area, Reports, Connections, and Tools & Applications.
How to create an account
If you are a business owner or administrator, you can create an account to manage your Kobalt Portal. To create an account, click the "Create an Account" link in the top right corner of the home page and follow the instructions. How to add a new device or tool
Adding a new device or tool to your Kobalt Portal can be easily done by following these simple steps:
- Log into your Kobalt Portal account.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
- Select "Settings."
- Under "Devices & Tools," click on the "Add Device" button.
- Enter the required information for the new device, and click on the "Create Device" button.
- The new device will now be listed under "Devices & Tools."

Managing your accounts
Once you've logged in, the first thing you'll want to do is manage your accounts. You can add and delete users, edit their settings, and more. Here's how:
1. In the main menu, click Accounts.
2. On the Accounts screen, click Add User. Type in the user's username and password (or click Log In with Corporate Account if you're already signed in). Click OK to save the user's information.
3. To add a new user, repeat steps 1 and 2, but type in the user's email address instead of their username and password (or click Log In with Email Address if you're already signed in). Click OK to save
