In this tutorial, we will show you how to login to your Kita Portal account.
What is Kita Portal?
Kita Portal is the new online platform for children and their families. Kita Portal provides a secure online space for kids to share photos, ideas and experiences, connect with friends and family, access educational resources and more.
To use Kita Portal, you need to login first. Here's how to do it:
1. Go to kitaportal.com
2. Click on the "Login" button in the top right-hand corner of the home page (see figure 1).

3. Type in your user name (this is your login name) and password (this is your login password). Make sure you remember these details because you will need them to use Kita Portal later on (see figure 2).

How to login to Kita Portal
If you are not already familiar with the Kita Portal, it is a service that allows educators to manage their school’s resources from one centralized location. To login to Kita Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the website kitaportal.com and click on the “Log In” button in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your username and password, and then click on the “Log In” button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. You will now be taken to the home page of Kita Portal. From here, you can access all of your school’s resources!
How to add a child or adult to your account
Adding a child or adult to your account is easy. You can do it in the Kita Portal, or by phone. Here's how:
1. In the Kita Portal, go to My Accounts.
2. On the left side of the screen, under My Child or Adult Members, click Add Member.
3. Fill out the form, and click Add Member.
4. If you're adding a child, enter their name and age in the appropriate fields. If you're adding an adult, you'll need to provide their full name and email address. Click Save Member.
5. If you're adding a child over the phone, first make sure they're registered for Kita Portal. Then call 1-800-222-1222 and follow the prompts to add them to your account.
How to update your contact information
If you have ever had to change your contact information on the Kita Portal, you know it can be a pain. Here is how to update your contact information on the Kita Portal:
Login to the Kita Portal. On the top left corner, click "Settings." Under "Your Account," click "Contact Info." In the "Contact Info" section, select the email address you want to use for your contact info. Click "Update."
How to disable password reset email
The password reset email can be disabled by following these simple steps:
1. Go to the Settings page.
2. Select the Profile tab.
3. Under “Email address”, click on the settings button next to “Password reset email”.
4. Change the settings to disable the email and confirm your changes.
How to change your password
If you've forgotten your password, or if you've never logged in to the Kita Portal before, here's how to change it:
1. In the main menu, select "Account Settings."
2. Under "Login Info," enter your email address and password.
3. Click "Change Password." You'll be asked to confirm your new password.
4. If you've forgotten your email address, you can also reset it by clicking on the link in the confirmation email you received after changing your password.
How to use Kita Portal
Kita Portal is a web-based system that helps users schedule and track appointments, view and print documents, and more. To login to Kita Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Account Manager account. This is the account you use to manage your appointments and other activities in Kita Portal. You can find your Account Manager account information under Settings on the main menu.
2. Click Login. Enter your name and email address, and click Login.
3. On the My Activity page, click the appointment you want to work with. Under Date & Time, click the link for Scheduled Start or End Time (depending on whether the appointment is a meeting or an event). You'll see an Event Details page with more information about the appointment.
4. If you're using Kita Portal for the first time, enter your password in the Password field and click Confirm Password. If you have an existing account in Kita Portal, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click Login.
5. On the My Activity page, click View Documents to open your document library in Kita Portal. Documents you access in Kita Portal are stored in your personal folder under Documents
