Kingman Regional Medical Center Patient Portal is a website that allows patients to access their health records, view their medications, and more. This tutorial will teach you how to login to the Patient Portal and use it for your own personal health records.
How to login to the Kingman Regional Medical Center Patient Portal
If you are a new patient, please click here to register.
If you are an existing patient, please follow these instructions to login:
1. Click the "Login" link on the top right corner of the Patient Portal home screen.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields. If you have not registered with KRMC, please enter your name as it appears on your driver's license or other identification.
3. Click "Log In." Your login information will be saved for future use.
4. Review the Terms of Use Agreement and if you agree to them, click "I Agree." If you do not agree to the terms, click "I Do Not Agree." and exit the form.
5. You will now be taken to a list of all of your records in the Patient Portal. You can access each record by clicking on its title in the list. You can also search for a specific record by entering its name in the search field at the top of the page.
How to view your account information
If you have created an account with Kingman Regional Medical Center, you can view your account information by logging in. To log in, please enter your username and password in the top right corner of the screen and click “Log In.” Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your account details and make any changes or updates to your account.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your name, address, or phone number since you last logged in, you will need to update your information before you can continue using the patient portal. To update your contact information: 1. Log in to the patient portal. 2. Click on My Account at the top of the page. 3. On the My Account page, click on Contact Info in the sidebar. 4. Enter your new information into the fields and click Update Profile.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password or need to change it, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal.
2. Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Under “My Account Settings”, click on “Change Password”.
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click “Update Password”.
5. You will now be prompted to confirm your password change by clicking on the “Update Password” button again.
How to unsubscribe from emails
If you no longer want to receive email notifications from Kingman Regional Medical Center, you can unsubscribe by following these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal.
2. In the "My Profile" tab, click on "Email Preferences".
3. On the "Email Preferences" page, under "Notifications", select the "Unsubscribe" button.
4. Click on the "Unsubscribe" button to confirm your choice.
