Whether you're a stay-at-home mom looking for child care, or you work and need to find a daycare that works with your schedule, you'll want to make sure you have an employee portal set up. In this article, we'll show you how to login to your Kindercare employee portal and find the information you need to get started.
How to login to the Kindercare Employee Portal
If you are new to the Kindercare Employee Portal, or if you have forgotten your login information, follow these steps to retrieve it:
1. Go to the "Login" tab on the main menu and enter your user name and password. If you have forgotten your user name or password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link below the login form and follow the instructions.
2. If you have already logged in to the portal, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page to view your account information. Under "My Account," you will find links to your personal profile, leave feedback, request a leave of absence, and more.
How to find your account information
If you are an employee of a Kindercare facility, you can login to your account on the employee portal. You can find this information by following these steps:
1. Go to http://www.kindercare.com and log in with your personal credentials.
2. On the left-hand side of the page, under "My Account," click "Employee Portal."
3. On the Employee Portal page, click "Login."
4. Enter your username and password, and click "Log In."
5. On the "Login" screen, you will see a list of all your personal accounts on the Employee Portal, including your account for Kindercare facilities.
6. To access account information specific to a Kindercare facility, select the facility from the list on the left-hand side of the screen, and then click on "My Account."
7. Under "Facility Settings," you will find information about your current location and hours of operation for that particular Kindercare facility.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, click here to set a new one. You will need your username and email address.
How to report an incident
If you have any issues with your child's care, please take a few minutes to report it using their Kindercare Employee Portal. Reporting an incident is really easy and can help us to address any problems quickly. Here's how:
1. Log in to the employee portal at https://www.kindercare.com/login
2. Click on the "Report an Incident" button on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Complete the form and submit it. We'll review your report and take appropriate action.
How to unsubscribe from Kindercare email notifications
To unsubscribe from email notifications from the Kindercare Employee Portal, follow these steps:
1. From the homepage of the Kindercare Employee Portal, click on the blue "Email Notifications" link in the upper-right corner.
2. On the Email Notifications page, under "Unsubscribe from Email Notifications," click on the blue "Unsubscribe" button.
3. In the confirmation message that pops up, type your email address in the "From" field and click on the blue "Submit" button.
4. You will now be unsubscribed from all email notifications sent from the Kindercare Employee Portal.
