2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Log In" button.
3. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in before proceeding to the next step.
4. Once you are logged in, you will see a list of all of your tenants under the "Your tenants" tab on the left-hand side of the page. You can access each tenant's details by clicking on its name in the list.
5. If you want to manage or view keys for a specific tenant, select that tenant from the list and click on the "Keys" or "Manage Keys" button next to its name. You will then be presented with a list of all of the keys associated with that tenant. You can view or edit these keys by clicking on them or entering new values into the appropriate fields.
How to access your tenants' information in your Key Management Tenant Portal?
If you're an owner of a multifamily property with Key Management tenant portals, the good news is that it's pretty easy to get access to your tenants' information. Here's how:
1. Log in to your Key Management tenant portal. If you don't have one, create one now.
2. Click on "My Profile" in the top right corner.
3. Click on "Settings."
4. Under "Settings," click on "Manage Users."
5. In the "Manage Users" window, click on the name of the tenant you want to access their information for. (You can also search for tenants by name).
6. In the "Profile" dialog box, you will see all of the tenant's information, including their contact information and account status. You can also change an account's password or e-mail address here.
How to manage tenant requests and inquiries in your Key Management Tenant Portal?
If you have a Key Management Tenant Portal (KMP) account, you can manage tenant requests and inquiries through the portal. This article covers how to login, request access, and manage tenant inquiries.

How to cancel or amend a tenancy in your Key Management Tenant Portal?
If you need to cancel or amend your tenancy, there are a few steps you need to take:
- Log in to your Key Management Tenant Portal (https://portal.keymanagementtenant.org/login).
- Click on the 'My Tenants' link on the left-hand side of the page.
- Select the tenant you want to work with from the list of tenants.
- On the 'Tenant Details' page, click on the 'Cancel this Tenancy' link in the 'Action' column. This will take you to a cancellation form. Please note that if you have already paid any rent for this tenancy, the cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, if you need to amend your tenancy agreement, click on the 'My Tenants' link on the left-hand side of the page and select the tenant you want to work with from the list of tenants. On the 'Tenant Details' page, click on the 'Amend this Tenancy' link in the 'Action' column. This will take you to an amendment form.
