If you are a Keolis Employee, you can login to your account on the Keolis Employee Portal. To login, click the Login link in the header of the portal. Enter your username and password and click Log In. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact their support team.

Keolis Employee Portal Policies and Procedures
If you are a current Keolis employee, you can access your Employee Portal account by clicking on the "My Account" link on the left navigation bar. You will need to enter your login credentials in order to log in. The login page has the following information:
-Your name
-The email address associated with your Keolis account
-The password you used when you created your account

Keolis Employee Portal Record of Employment
Login to the Keolis Employee Portal and create a record of employment. After you have logged in, follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Employment” link in the left navigation bar.
2. On the Employment page, click on the “New Record” button.
3. Fill out the fields in the New Record form as follows:
- Job Title
- Start Date
- End Date
- Position (Full or Part Time)
4. Click on the “Submit” button. Your new record will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
Keolis Employee Portal Termination of Employment
If you are terminated from your employment with Keolis, there are a few things you need to know. First and foremost, make sure you have your employee identification number (EIN) handy. You may need to provide this information to your former employer as proof of termination.
Once you have your EIN, log in to the Keolis Employee Portal. You will need your username and password. Once logged in, click on the "My Account" tab, and then click on the "My Employment History" link. This will provide you with a list of all jobs you have held with Keolis over the past three years. Under each job, you will find important information including your start and end dates as well as earnings history. If you leave a job before it is completed, be sure to notify Keolis so that they can adjust your earnings accordingly.
If you are terminated without cause or resigns voluntarily, you will not be eligible for unemployment benefits or severance pay from Keolis. However, if you are terminated for cause, Keolis may owe you unpaid wages and other related benefits.
