How to login to the Kent College Parent Portal
To login to the Kent College Parent Portal, click on the link in the email you received from Kent College. You will be asked to enter your username and password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the information that is available on the Kent College Parent Portal.
How to manage your account
If you are a parent or guardian of a student at Kent College, you can manage your account and student records through the Parent Portal. To access the Parent Portal, sign in to kent.edu and click on Student Records in the left navigation bar. On the Student Records page, select My Profile from the drop-down menu under My Account and then click on Log In. If you are not a parent or guardian of a student at Kent College, you can still access some of the features of the Parent Portal by clicking on Family Plans in the left navigation bar and then selecting My Profile from the drop-down menu under Family Plans. Once you are signed in to your account, follow these steps to manage your account:
1. Change Your Password: If you have forgotten your password, please click on Change Password link located in the login form below your name at the top of your profile page. You will be prompted to enter your current password as well as a new password. Make sure that you keep both passwords safe and do not share them with anyone. How to add and manage students
Adding a new student is simple. Log into the Parent Portal using your Kent username and password. Once you are logged in, click on the Add Student link on the left-hand side of the screen.
The Add Student form will appear. Fill out the required information and click on the Submit button. Your new student will be added to the list of students on the left-hand side of the Parent Portal.
Managing your students is easy too. You can manage their grades, attendance, and other important data using the Parent Portal. To access this information, log into the Parent Portal and click on the Students link on the left-hand side of the screen. The Students page will appear. On this page, you can view your students’ grades, attendance records, and contact information. You can also add or delete students from this page.
How to find information about your child
The Kent College Parent Portal is a one-stop shop for parents to access their student’s academic and social information.
To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Kent Parent Portal using your NetID and password.
2. Click on “My Child’s Student Record.”
3. On the left-hand side of the page, you will see a list of tabs that correspond to different areas of your child’s record. The tabs include: Academic, Financial Aid, Academics and Activities, Health & Wellness, and Social Media.
4. To view your child's Academic record, click on “Academics and Activities.” Here you will find information about your child's coursework, grades, awards and more!
5. To view your child's Financial Aid record, click on “Financial Aid.” This tab provides detailed information about all of your child's financial aid awards and progress towards their degree goals.

Additionally, the contact page includes links to other important pages on the Kent website, such as the school calendar and financial aid information.
How to report a student issue
If you have a student issue you need to report, the best way to do so is through the Kent College Parent Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.kentcollege.edu/parentportal and click on the “Login” link in the top left corner of the main screen.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click “Login”.
3. On the main Parent Portal screen, click on the “Students” tab in the top left corner.
4. Under “Reduce Stress for Parents”, click on “Report an Issue”.
5. In the “Report an Issue” form, provide as much information as possible about your student’s problem and how it occurred. If you do not have all of this information, please also include a description of what happened when your student tried to resolve the problem themselves or when you contacted them about it. You can also attach any relevant documents if they support your story.

If you have a Kent College account, you can connect with other parents through the Parent Portal. To login to the Parent Portal, click here. You will be prompted to enter your Kent College username and password. If you do not have a Kent College account, click here to create an account.
