How to Login to the Kc Customer Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to the Kc Customer Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Launch your web browser and navigate to the Kc Customer Portal home page at https://www.kc.gov/portal/.
2. Enter your registration code and password in the login fields and click the βLoginβ button.

How to Access your Account
If you have forgotten your password, or need to login to your account for any other reason, follow these simple steps:
1. Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Homepage.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email address" field and click submit.
3. A new window will open with a reset link. Click the reset link to reset your password.
4. Once you've logged in, you'll see a list of all of your current account details. If you need to update any of these details, simply click on the appropriate link and enter the required information.
How to Request a Replacement Card
If you lost your card, or if it was damaged in some way, you can request a replacement card through the Kc Customer Portal. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Kc Customer Portal using your username and password.
2. Click the "Account" button on the main toolbar.
3. Under "My Account," click "Card Replacement Request."
4. In the "Card Replacement Request" form, provide your name, email address, and reason for requesting a replacement card. You may also choose to include comments about why you need a new card.

How to Cancel an Order
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, there are a few steps you can take. The quickest and easiest way to cancel an order is to go to the Orders tab on the Kc Customer Portal and select the order you want to cancel. On the Order Details page, under the Cancellation section, you will see a link that says Cancel Order. Click this link to confirm your cancellation. If you need to cancel more than one order, you will need to follow the same steps for each order.
How to Change Your Address
If you have moved and would like to update your contact information on the Kc Customer Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Kc Customer Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the page.
3. On the "My Account" page, click on "Address Changes."
4. Enter your new address in the "New Address" field and click submit.

5.If you have forgotten your password, click on the link that says "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address and current password in the fields provided. If you do not remember your email address, click on "Forgot Your Email Address?" next to "My Email Address." A new form will appear asking for additional information such as first and last name, phone number, date of birth, etc., so that a new password can be created for you.
