How to login to Kaseya Ticket Portal
Kaseya Ticket Portal is an online application used to manage tickets and appointments. To login, please follow these steps:
1. Go to http://kaseya.com/login.html
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the login button.
3. You will be taken to the main Kaseya Ticket Portal page displaying your currently logged in status (e.g., Logged In). If you are not logged in, you will need to register for a free account first before being able to login.
How to view and manage your tickets
If you’re a Kaseya customer and have an active ticket, the Ticket Portal is where you can view and manage your tickets. The Ticket Portal is accessible from your MyKaseya account, located at account.kaseya.com.
To get started, log in to the Ticket Portal and click the “Ticket” tab on the left-hand side of the screen. This will take you to the main Ticket Portal screen. Here, you will see all of your active tickets listed together with information about each one. You can also manage tickets by clicking on one of the ticket titles to open the ticket details page for that ticket.
If you need to close a ticket or request a new one, you can do so by clicking on the “Close” button next to the ticket title. You can also add comments or updates to a ticket by clicking on the “Comment” link next to the title. Finally, you can print or export your ticket list by clicking on the “Print” button next to the “Ticket List” column.
How to add new tickets to your account
If you are not already logged in, please click the link in the upper left corner of this page to login. Once you have logged in, please follow these instructions to add new tickets to your account.
To add a new ticket:
1. Click on the "Tickets" link on the main menu. This will open the Tickets section of your account.
2. To the right of the "Ticket List" text box, click on the "New Ticket" button. This will open a new form.
3. Enter a name for your ticket in the "Title" field and fill out all the other fields as needed. You can also include any notes or details about your ticket in this field.
4. Click on the "Submit" button to add your new ticket to your account.
How to print or export your tickets

How to cancel or change your tickets
If you need to cancel or change your tickets for any reason, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to yourKaseya Ticket Portal account.
2. Click on the My Tickets button on the top left corner of the portal home screen.
3. From the My Tickets screen, select the event that you want to manage tickets for.
4. On the Event Details screen, click on the Tickets tab.
5. Under Status, click on Cancel/Change Ticket Status.
6. In the Change Ticket Status window, click on the relevant button to cancel or change your ticket(s).
7. Click on Submit Changes to save your changes and return to the My Tickets screen.
