How to login to the Kahan Center Patient Portal
If you are a new patient, or if you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to their Patient Portal using your email address and password. You will be prompted to create a new password if you have not already done so.
2. Once you are logged in, you will see the My Account tab on the main menu. From here, you can view your account information, including your recent appointments and medications. You can also add new patients and send messages to other patients through this section.
