How to Login to the Kagan Pediatrics Patient Portal

How to Request a Copy of Your Medical Records
If you are a Kagan Pediatrics patient and have registered with their Patient Portal, you can request a copy of your medical records by logging in and clicking on the "My Records" button. You will need to provide your patient ID number and your name. A member of their staff will then be able to print out a copy of your records for you.

3. On the left side of the screen, under “My Profile,” click on “Appointments & Billing.”
4. You will see a list of all of your upcoming appointments and their dates/times. To add or change an appointment, simply click on the appropriate date/time and fill out the necessary information.
