Just Energy Account Portal
If you're looking to manage your energy account on the Just Energy website, you'll need to login first. Here's how:
1. Go to the Just Energy Account Portal page.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields, and click Login.
3. You'll be taken to the account overview page. Here, you can see all of your recent activity on your account, as well as any notifications or alerts that we've sent you about your energy use.
How to Login
Just Energy Account Portal allows customers to login and manage their account information. The following steps will show you how to login:
Step 1: Go to www.justenergy.com and sign in.
Step 2: On the left-hand side, click on "My Account."
Step 3: On the My Account page, click on "Login."
Step 4: Enter your email address and password and click "Log In."
How to Change Your Password
You can change your password by going to the "My Account" section of the Just Energy website and clicking on the "Change Password" link. You will be prompted to enter your current password and new password, and then click on the "Update Password" button.
How to Reset Your Password
If you forgot your Just Energy account password, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the main navigation bar in the Just Energy account portal.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click the "Reset Password" button.
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the reset process.
4. Once you've reset your password, you can log back in to your Just Energy account by following the instructions in the email you received after resetting your password.
How to Unblock Your Account
If you have difficulty logging into your Just Energy account, there are a few things you can try.
First, make sure that you're using the correct login information. If you're not sure what your login credentials are, click here to access your account portal. Once there, click on the "My Account" tab and look under "Forgot Your Login Info?" If you've forgotten your login information, enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on the "Reset Password" button. If that doesn't work, try one of the other options below.
You can also try resetting your password through the Just Energy app. To do this, open the Just Energy app and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen. Next, select "Account Settings." On the next page, under "Password Recovery," click on the "Reset Password" button. Finally, enter your new password twice and click on "Save Changes."
