First, you'll need to login to the Judiciary Public Portal and find the decision you want to dispute. Once you've found the decision, click on the "Dispute This Decision" button located near the bottom of the page. You'll then be prompted to submit your dispute information. After submitting your dispute, the public portal will review your complaint and make a decision.
