How to make a doctor appointment
If you are looking to make an appointment with your pediatrician, be sure to use the Jamestown Pediatrics Patient Portal. This online booking system makes it easy to get in touch with their team of doctors and schedule a meeting. To login and make your appointment, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Jamestown Pediatrics Patient Portal website.
2. In the top left corner of the screen, click on the "Book an Appointment" button.
3. On the next page, enter your contact information and select a date and time for your appointment.
4. Click on the "Confirm Appointment" button to save your information.
5. You will now be taken to a confirmation page where you can view your appointment details and confirm that you would like to attend.

How to speak to a nurse
If you need to speak with a nurse, please go to their Patient Portal and enter "Nurse" in the search bar. You will be directed to the nurse page, where you can speak with them about any questions or concerns you may have.
How to receive notifications about your child’s health
If you want to be notified when your child has a health issue, or if their health improves, you can sign up for notifications through the Jamestown Pediatrics Patient Portal. To sign up, go to the Patient Portal and click "Notifications" in the menu on the left. You will be asked to enter your email address and password. Once you have entered these details, you will be able to receive notifications about your child’s health through email.
How to request documents from the health system
There are a few ways to request documents from the health system. You can visit the Jamestown Pediatrics Patient Portal, email the health system, or call the health system.
To request documents from the Jamestown Pediatrics Patient Portal, visit http://www.jamestownpediatrics.com/patientportal/. On the homepage of the Patient Portal, click "Request Documents." On the Request Documents page, you will need to provide your name and contact information. The health system will contact you to discuss your request and provide you with a login ID and password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your medical records and submit requests for documents.

If you have a health issue that you think might be related to your child’s care at Jamestown Pediatrics, we encourage you to report it through their Patient Portal. Reporting an issue can help us identify potential safety concerns and ensure the best possible care for your child. Here’s how to login and report an issue:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal using your Jamestown Pediatrics email and password.
2. Click on the “Report a Health Issue” link in the left-hand navigation bar.
3. Fill out the form as completely as possible, including your name, address, and phone number.
4. If you have pictures or videos of the problem, please attach them as well. They will use these to help us investigate the issue.
