How to login to James Madison Student Portal
To login to the James Madison Student Portal, follow these steps:
-Log in with your JMU NetID and password.
-Click on the "My Page" button on the top right corner of the home page.
-Select "Login."
-Enter your NetID and password.
-Click the "Login" button.
How to find your username and password
If you have forgotten your username or password, please follow the instructions below.
To find your username and password, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the James Madison portal using your NetID and password.
2. Click on “My Account” located in the top right corner of the portal.
3. On the left side of the window, select “Login” under “Account Settings”.
4. Enter your NetID and password into the appropriate fields and click on “Login”.
5. You will now be taken to a page with all of your account information including your username and password.
How to change your password
To change your password, sign in to your account and click on the “My Account” button located in the top right corner of the homepage. On the My Account page, click on the “Password Change” link in the login section. You will be prompted to enter your current password and new password. Be sure to keep both passwords safe and make sure you remember what your new password is!
How to troubleshoot common issues with your student portal
If you are having trouble logging in to your student portal, there are a few things you can do to try and fix the issue. First, make sure you have the latest software and firmware installed on your device. Next, check to see if you are using the correct login credentials.
