Accounts contains a list of all customer accounts. Users can view account details such as account number, expiration date, and balance. History displays a log of all service requests and product support interactions that have been submitted by the customer. Service Requests lists all service requests that have been submitted by the customer, and Product Support lists all product support interactions that have been submitted by the customer.
To submit a new service request or inquire about product support, users must first navigate to Service Requests or Product Support, respectively. From there, they will be able to submit their request or ask a question. In addition to submitting requests or asking questions online, customers can also print out service requests or product support instructions and follow them carefully.
How to Login to the Ivanti Customer Portal
If you're new to Ivanti, or just need to reset your password, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your Ivanti account at https://portal.ivanti.com.
2. Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and click on the "reset my password" button.
4. You will receive an email with a new password and instructions on how to enter it into your account.
How to Access Your Account

Changing Your Password and Email Address
If you've forgotten your Ivanti password or have inadvertently changed it, resetting your password is easy. Just go to the Ivanti Customer Portal and click on the "Log In" button in the top right corner of the main screen. You'll be prompted to enter your user name and password.
