If you're having difficulty logging in because of low memory, you may need to upgrade your computer's memory. Finally, make sure your password meets the requirements of the Itrack system. If you're having trouble logging in because your password doesn't meet the requirements of the Itrack system, you can change your password or create a new account using another user name and password.
How to reset your password if you've forgotten it
If you've forgotten your Itrack Primary login password, there is a quick and easy way to reset it.:
1. Click the "Forgot your password?" link at the top of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address in the form provided and click the "Reset Password" button.
3. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How to sign out of Itrack
In order to sign out of Itrack, you must first log out from your primary account. If you have multiple accounts at Itrack, you will need to login to each account in order to sign out.
To log out from your primary account, click on the "Logout" link located in the main menu bar. You will then be prompted to enter your username and password. Once you have logged in, click on the "Logout" link again to sign out of your primary account.
Your account dashboard
Once logged in, you will see the “Your account dashboard”. In this section, you can manage your account and access your content.
1. Click on the “Logout” link on the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your email address and password to log out of your account.
3. Click on the “Forgot your password?” link to reset your password.
4. Click on the “Profile” link to view your profile information, including your name, website, and social media links.
Adding new devices
Adding new devices to Itrack is easy! Here are the steps:
1. Log in to your Itrack account.
2. On the left-hand side, under "My Devices," click on the "Add Device" button.
3. In the "Add New Device" window, enter the following information:
- Device Name: The name you want to give your device. This name can be anything you want, but it must be unique within your account.
- Username: The username you want to use for this device. This username must be different than any other username you currently have on Itrack. If you don't have an existing username, enter "newuser" for now. (Note: If this is your first time using Itrack, we'll create a new username for you.)
- Password: The password you want to use for this device. This password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol. (Note: If this is your first time using Itrack, we'll create a new password for you.)
4. Click on the "Create
Changing your device's password
If you've forgotten your Itrack Primary login, or if you need to change your device's password, follow these steps:
Step 1: From the home screen, tap Apps.
Step 2: Tap Settings.
Step 3: Tap Security.
Step 4: Tap Login/Sign In.
Step 5: Type in your Itrack Primary login and password (they may be different from the ones used to log in to your account online). If you don't have a Primary login, enter your email address instead.

Deleting your account
If you want to delete your Itrack account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the "My Account" link in the top navigation bar.
3. Click the "Deleting My Account" link in the "Account Details" section of your account page.
4. Read the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" sections of the policy before clicking the "I Agree" button.
5. Answer any questions that appear on screen and click the "Submit" button to finish deleting your account.
