How to Use the It Service Portal
The It Service Portal provides easy access to your company's IT services from any device. To login, follow these steps:
1. Open the It Service Portal on your computer.
2. In the top left corner of the main screen, click Sign In.

4. The Home screen displays all of your active accounts in the portal, sorted by account type (such as User or Group). Click an account type to view its details.
5. In the left column, under Active Accounts, click Login to open the Login screen. Enter your credentials and click Login again.
6. If you have multiple accounts in the portal, select an account from the list and click Log In. The account’s details appear in the right column and a checkmark appears next to it.
