How to Use the It Service Desk Portal?
To use the It Service Desk Portal, you first need to create an account. Once you have an account, you can login to the portal. The steps to login are:
1. Go to https://portal.it-services.com/.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click Sign In.
3. Type your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
4. You will be taken to the main screen of the portal. On the left side of this screen is a list of sections: Home, My Projects, My Accounts, and Settings (see Figure 1). The Home section is where you can see all the projects that you have access to in the portal (see Figure 2). The My Projects section is where you can see all the projects that are assigned to you or your team in the portal (see Figure 3). The My Accounts section is where you can see all your user accounts in the portal (see Figure 4). Settings is where you can customize your settings for the portal (see Figure 5).
