Island Club Apartments is excited to offer their residents a new way to login to their account! Residents can now use the resident portal to manage their account, view their account history, and more. To access the resident portal, please click on the "Residents" tab on the main menu and then click on "Login". You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on "Forgot Password" and then enter your email address and new password. You will then be able to login to your account and view your account history.
How to login to the Island Club Apartments Resident Portal
To login to the Island Club Apartments Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to http://www.islandclubapartments.com/resident-portal/.
2. In the top left corner of the screen, click on the “Login” button.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Log In” button.
4. You will now be taken to the main menu of the portal. On the left side of this menu, you will see a tab called “My Account”. Click on this tab to view your account information.
How to manage your account
If you are a resident of Island Club Apartments and have not already registered for an account on their resident portal, please do so now. Once you have registered for an account, you will be able to manage your account information, including your contact information and access to common areas at the apartments.
To login to the resident portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyHousing account. If you do not have an account, click here to create an account.
2. In the left-hand navigation bar, select My Residents > Register or Login. If you are already registered with MyHousing and have logged in, click on your name in the top right corner of the page to continue.
3. On the registration or login page, enter your email address in the Email Address field and click on Login. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your password. Click on Update Password to confirm your new password.
4. In the left-hand navigation bar, select MyResidents > Contact Me to view your contact information and make other requests from residents or managers.

If you have a problem with your apartment or community, there are several ways to get help. Below is a list of ways to report a problem:
Option 1: Online Resident Portal
The online resident portal is the fastest and easiest way to report a problem. All you need is an internet connection and your login information.

Option 2: Phone Service
If you cannot access the online resident portal, you can call their customer service line at (808) 955-9090 and speak with a representative. They will be able to help you resolve your issue.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change your password, please follow these instructions:
1. Log In to the Resident Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Under "Account Details," click on "Password."
4. Enter your current password and re-enter it in the new password field. Click on "OK."
5. You will now be able to log out of the Resident Portal by clicking on the "Log Out" button at the bottom of the screen.

1. Log into your account on the website.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Under "Email Notifications," select the "Unsubscribe" button next to the newsletter you would like to unsubscribe from.
How do I find my building?
Residents of Island Club Apartments can access the Resident Portal by logging into their MyCO website account. First, visit the MyCO website and create an account. Once you have created your account, find your building on the home page. On the left-hand side of the building's page, you will see a link titled "Resident Portal." Click on this link to access the Resident Portal.
