How to login to Iris Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to your Iris Portal account, there are a few things you can try.
First, make sure that you have the latest version of Iris Portal installed. To check if you have the latest version, open Iris Portal and click on the “About” tab. If the version number is at least 2.1.0, then you are good to go!
If you still cannot log in, make sure that your password is correct. To check your password, open Iris Portal and click on the “Account” tab. In the “Password” field, type your password into the text box and click on the “Verify Password” button.

Creating a new account
If you're new to Iris Portal, we recommend that you create a new account. This will allow you to have more control over your data and privacy, and access their helpful tutorials and resources.
To create a new account, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Sign In" button in the top-right corner of the main screen.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Sign In".
3. You'll be prompted to confirm your password. Click "Update Password" to reset it if needed.
4. If you're logged in, you'll see a list of your accounts on the left side of the screen. Click "New Account" to create a new one. Enter your name, email address, and desired password in the appropriate fields, and click "Create Account".
Logging in
To login to Iris Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Iris Portal home page.
2. On the left side of the screen, click the Login link.
3. Enter your user name and password.
4. Click Log In.
Changing your password
If you have forgotten your Iris Portal password, you can change it by following these steps:
1. Access the "Settings" page on your Iris Portal account.
2. Click on the "Password" link in the upper left corner of the page.
3. Enter your current password and click on the "Change Password" button.
4. Enter a new password and click on the "Confirm New Password" button.
5. When you are finished, click on the "Close Settings" button at the bottom of the page to return to the main web page.
Signing out
If you sign out of Iris Portal, your account will be closed and you will not be able to access your saved projects or data. To sign out:
-Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the Iris Portal interface.
-Select "Sign Out."
