You can see an employee’s pay history by clicking on their name or salary field in the table below. This will open up a new window with more detailed information about that employee’s pay history. You can see how much they have been paid each month, as well as when their paychecks were issued and electronically deposited into their bank account.
This information is extremely useful if you are trying to determine whether or not an employee is overpaid or underpaid. For example, if an employee’s salary is significantly lower than their peers at similar companies, it may be a sign that the company is undervalued. On the other hand, if an employee’s salary is consistently higher than their peers, it may be a sign that they are overpaid.
