If you are a patient of Inverness Dermatology, you have probably already been using their patient portal to manage your medical records and schedule appointments. If not, now is the time to sign up! Here is a guide on how to login and use the patient portal.
How to login to Inverness Dermatology Patient Portal
If you have been a patient at Inverness Dermatology and have forgotten your login information, please follow the instructions below.
To login to the Inverness Dermatology Patient Portal:
1. Click on the “Patients” tab in the main menu of the portal.
2. Log in using your patient ID and password.
3. If you have not already registered with Inverness Dermatology, register now by clicking on the “Register” link next to the “Patients” tab.
4. Once you are logged in, you will see all of your records in the portal.
Accessing patient records
If you are an Inverness Dermatology patient and have not already created a login, please follow the instructions below.
To access your record online, go to their Patient Portal and enter your patient number (found on your medical record) into the appropriate box. Your password will be emailed to you. If you have forgotten your password, please contact them at [email protected] and we will help you recover it.

Requesting medical records
If you are a patient at Inverness Dermatology and need access to your medical records, please follow these steps:
1. Go to their Patient Portal and click on "My Account" on the top right corner.
2. On the My Account page, click on "Request Medical Records."
3. You will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, account number and email address.
4. After you have provided all the requested information, you will be directed to their secure server where you can submit your request.
5. Our staff will review your request and get back to you within 72 hours with a response or a link to the requested file(s).
Filing a complaint
If you have a complaint about the quality of care you received from Inverness Dermatology, please file a complaint with their Patient Portal.
How to Login to the Patient Portal:
To login to the Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to their website at https://invernessdermatology.com/patient-portal/.
2. On the home page of their website, click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your login information and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will be brought to a new screen where you can submit your complaint.

How to unsubscribe from Inverness Dermatology emails
If you no longer want to receive email notifications from Inverness Dermatology, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions below.
1. Log in to the Patient Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" link on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, click on the "Email Preferences" link.
4. On the Email Preferences page, under "Notifications," select the "Do not notify me about new messages" check box and click on the "Update Preferences" button.
