How to login to the Intertek Portal
1. Log in to your account at https://portal.intertek.com/.
2. If you are not already logged in, click the "Log In" button on the top right of the page.
3. Enter your username and password and click the "Log In" button.
4. You are now logged in to the Intertek Portal!
How to find your user ID and password
To login to the Intertek Portal, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your personal account on the portal by clicking on "My Account" in the top right corner of the portal.
- On the "My Account" page, you will see a section entitled "User ID". This is your user ID. It is a unique identifier that identifies you on the portal.
- Copy and paste your user ID into the login form below to log in.
- Enter your password into the login form and click "Login". You will be redirected to the main interface of the portal.
- Click on "Home" in the top left corner of the main interface to return to the home page of the portal.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click the Login link on the top of the Intertek Portal homepage.
2. Enter your user name (usually your email address) and password, and click Log In.
3. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in now.
4. If you are already logged in, click Your Profile at the top of the page to view your profile information and change your password if necessary.
How to block or unblock someone from accessing your account
Intertek Portal provides users with the ability to block or unblock other users from accessing their account. This can be useful in cases where someone is harassing or threatening others on the site. To block a user:
1) Click on the user's name at the top of the menu bar.
2) On the User Info tab, click on the Block link.
3) Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the Submit button.
4) The user will be blocked from accessing your account. To unblock a user:
1) Click on the user's name at the top of the menu bar.
2) On the User Info tab, click on the Unblock link.
3) Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the Submit button.
4) The user will be allowed to access your account.
How to report a problem with the Intertek Portal
If you are having difficulty logging into the Intertek Portal, please follow these instructions.
1. Verify that your user name and password are correct. If you have not changed your password since registering with the Intertek Portal, please enter your registered user name (e.g. "John Doe") and your current password in the login form on the home page of the portal.
2. If you have changed your password, please enter that new password in the login form on the home page of the portal.
3. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet and that your browser is up-to-date. The Intertek Portal uses cookies to remember your preferences and login information, so make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser settings.
