1. If you are using a computer, open the website in a browser.
2. If you are using an app on your phone or tablet, open the website and tap the blue "Interpreters Portal" button in the top right corner.
3. Enter your login information, and tap "Log In."
How to Login
If you are new to the Interpreters Portal, or need help logging in, follow these simple steps:
1. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields on the login page.
2. Click the "Log In" button.
3. You will be prompted to select a language center. Click the center that represents your location or language preference.
4. If you have an email address associated with your account, you will be prompted to enter it. If not, click "Register New Account."
5. You will be taken to a confirmation page where you can review and change your password if necessary. Click "Log In" to proceed to the Interpreters Portal.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have difficulty logging in to the interpreter portal, follow these instructions.
How to Reset Your Account
If you forget your username or password, or if you need to reset your account for any other reason, follow these instructions.
1. Click the login link in the upper-left corner of the home page.
2. Enter your username and password (if you know them) and click Log In.
If you have forgotten your username, click the Forgot Your Username link on the left side of the page and enter your email address in the Create a New Username form. A new username will be sent to that email address. If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address in the Create a New Password form and a new password will be sent to that email address.

3. If you need to login to access your history, enter your login information in the appropriate fields and click on "Login."

If for any reason you need to cancel your subscription, there are a few easy steps to follow. Log in to the Interpreters Portal and select the "My Account" tab. There, you will find a link to cancel your subscription.
