The portal provides information on all the different types of schools available, including international schools, as well as tips and advice on how to make the most of your study abroad experience.
How to login to International Admissions Portal
Logging in to the International Admissions Portal is simple and can be done from any computer with internet access. After logging in, you will be directed to the home screen where you will find all of the resources available on the portal.
To log in, first click on the “Login” link located in the top right corner of the home screen. This will take you to the login page. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click on the “Login” button. You will then be redirected to the home screen where you can start exploring all of the resources available on the portal.
How to add a new school
If you are a new user, please follow the steps below to create an account and login. If you have already registered for their portal, please enter your username and password below.
1. Click on the "Login" link at the top of the page.
2. Enter your Username (first name only) and Password (last four digits of your social security number). If you do not have a Username or Password, please contact them at [email protected].
3. Click on the "Log In" button to confirm your Username and Password. You will now be able to access all of their resources!
How to update your profile
To update your profile on their international admissions portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log into their website.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click on "Edit Profile" to open your profile.
4. Edit the information you want to change and click on "Save Profile."
How to cancel your subscription
If you have not used the international admissions portal for a while, or if you need to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the admissions portal using your NetID and password.
2. Click on the My Account tab.
3. Under Subscription Services, click on Cancel Subscription.
How to print your transcript
If you have transcripts from all your previous universities, you can print them on your own or through an international admissions portal like Cappex. Cappex offers a free service where you can print your transcript in two hours. You will need to create an account, and then enter your degree program and the years you attended. After printing, you will need to cut out the section for your name and mailing address, and then fold it in half to fit into an envelope. Mail the transcript to:

Once you have mailed in your transcript request, Cappex will send you a confirmation email which includes instructions on how to log in to Cappex and view your transcript.
How to access your My Academics dashboard
If you have an Academics account, you can access your My Academics dashboard by logging in using your credentials. If you do not have an Academics account, you can create one by clicking on the sign up button below. Once you have created your account, you can login using the following information:
Your email address
Your password
Once you have logged in, you will be able to see all of your current registrations and admissions records.
