How to login to the Insurance Client Portal
Insurance Client Portal is the easiest and quickest way to find, compare and buy insurance. Log in now to get started.
To login to the Insurance Client Portal please follow these steps:
-Click on the “Login” button found at the top right corner of the main screen.
-Enter your username and password.
-If you are a new user, your user name will be “newuser” and your password will be “newpassword”.
-If you are an existing user, your user name will be “existinguser” and your password will be the same as your registered password.
-If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” and enter your new password in the “New Password” field. Click on the “Login” button to finish registration.
How to view and print your policy
Insurance Client Portal provides a user-friendly way to view and print your policy. To access the portal, go to:
1. Sign in to your account at www.insuranceclientportal.com.
2. Click on the "Policy View" tab on the left side of the screen.
3. On the right side of the screen, under "Policy Details," you will see a link to "Print My Policy." Click on this link to open the Print My Policy page.
4. On the Print My Policy page, you will need to enter your policy number and select the printer you want to use from the drop-down menu. You can also choose to have your policy delivered to your email address. After you have finished entering your information, click on "Print."
5. The policy will be printed and will be available for you to take with you if you need to review it or file a claim.
How to file a claim
If you have a claim, the first step is to login to the insurance client portal. You can do this by clicking on "My Account" in the top left corner of the page and then clicking on "Login."
Once you are logged in, you will see the "Claims" tab. On this tab, you will find information about your current claim and how to file it.
To start filing your claim, click on the "Filing a Claim" link. This will take you to the "Filing a Claim" page.
The "Filing a Claim" page has several fields that you need to fill out. The most important field is the "Description of Damage or Loss."
You need to describe your damage or loss in as much detail as possible so that the insurance company can understand what happened and how it was caused.
Also on the "Filing a Claim" page, you will need to provide information about who was involved in the accident and what their relationship to you is.

How to update your contact information

If you have changed your contact information, please login to the client portal and update your contact information. You can login by clicking on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the client portal or by going to: https://portal.insuranceclient.com/login
If you are a new client, you will need to create an account before you can login. After you have logged in, click on the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the client portal. On the My Account page, click on the “Update Contact Information” button. Enter your new contact information and click on the “Update” button.
How to unsubscribe from their emails
