Login to Installer Portal
If you are a new user or need to reset your password, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your Installer Portal account by clicking on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password?" in the top right corner of the login page and enter your email address and password into the form provided. You will receive an email notification with instructions on how to reset your password.
Navigate to Your Profile
To login to the installer portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the portal.
2. Enter your password in the Login box and click on Login.
3. You will be taken to your Profile page. Here, you can view your current activity and statistics within the installer portal. You can also change your password here if you have forgotten it.
Change Your Password
If you forget your Administrator Portal login credentials, you can reset them by following these instructions.
Update Your Contact Information
If you're ever having trouble logging into your installer portal, there are a few things you can do to update your contact information.
First, make sure you have the latest version of the installer portal software. If you don't have the latest version, click the link in the email we sent you to download it.
Next, go to the "Settings" tab on your installer portal account and update your contact information. This includes your name, email address, and phone number.
Finally, if you've ever changed your email address or phone number, please remember to update them in the installer portal settings too.
Review Your Profile
Before you can login to the installer portal, you will need to review your profile.
To review your profile:
1. Log in to the installer portal.
2. Click on My Profile in the header menu.
3. Review the information in your profile. If there is any information that you would like to change, click on the Edit link next to that information. Otherwise, click on the Save button to save your changes.
Edit Your Account Details
If you have forgotten your login details, or just want to check if you are logged in, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Account" tab at the top of the portal.
2. The "Account Details" screen will open.
3. In the "Login" section, enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click "Log In".
4. If you are logged in, the "Active Users" section will show your current account status. If not, you will need to create an account first.
Restore a Previous Version of Your Profile
