Inland Family Care (IFC) is a long-term care facility in Southern California that offers patients the opportunity to access their healthcare records online. This Patient Portal allows IFC patients to view their doctor and medication history, as well as track their progress over time. In order to login to the Patient Portal, you will first need to create an account. To create your account, click on the link below and follow the instructions. After you have created your account, you will need to enter your patient identification number (PIN) in order to login. Finally, you will need to enter your password in order to accessing your account. How to login to Inland Family Care Patient Portal
Inland Family Care Patient Portal is a patient portal that allows patients to manage their health information and receive updates on their care. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.inlandfamilycare.com and sign in.
2. On the left side of the page, under “My Account,” click “Patient Portal.”

To login to your Inland Family Care Patient Portal account, please follow these steps:

3. If you have a patient account, you will be prompted to enter your patient ID number. If you do not have a patient account, click "Create New Account."
4. Enter your first and last name in the "First Name" field, and your email address in the "Email Address" field. You will then be prompted to create a password. Make sure that you remember this password because you will need it to log in again if you forget your login information. You will also need this password to view your patient records.

2. Click on "My Account" at the top of the page.
3. Enter your user name and password.

5. Enter your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number.
6. Click on "Update Information."
