Informatica Support Portal provides online support for Informatica software. If you are having trouble logging in, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Informatica Support Portal home page and sign in.
2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the left side of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and click the "I have forgotten my password" button.
4. Click the "Forgot your account information?" link on the right side of the screen.
5. Enter your account name and password and click the "I have forgotten my account information" button.
6. Click the "Log In" button to log in to your account.
How to login to the Informatica Support Portal
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have never logged in to the Support Portal, follow these steps to login:

Informatica Support Portal provides an easy way to log in to your account. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the login button on the top right of the page.
2. Enter your account name and password.
3. Click the Login button to log in to your account.
How to reset your password
If you've forgotten your login password for the Informatica Support Portal, there are a few ways to reset it.
First, try logging in using your email address and password. If that doesn't work, you can try resetting your password using the following steps:
1. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link at the top of the Support Portal home page.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field and click on the "Reset Password" button.
3. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Reset Password" button.
4. Click on the "Log In" button to log in to the Support Portal.
How to troubleshoot technical issues on the Support Portal
Technical support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except federal holidays). If you are experiencing a technical issue and are not able to resolve it, please submit a ticket through the Support Portal.
To login to the Support Portal, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to https://supportportal.informatica.com/
2. Enter your username and password (if you have them), and click Login.
3. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to create a new account or login using your credentials from your previous account.
4. Once you are logged in, click on My Account at the top of the page to view your profile information and current active tickets. You can also manage your subscriptions by clicking on Subscriptions on the left-hand side of the page.
5. To access specific sections of the Support Portal, browse through the menus on the left-hand side of the page. For example, if you are having difficulty accessing your account, try clicking on My Account > Account Information > Security Questions & Answers > Reset Password.
How to submit a support request
If you need help with the product, or have a question about how to use it, you can submit a support request through the Informatica Support Portal.
To login to the portal:
1. Go to http://support.informatica.com and sign in with your user name and password.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, under "Support Topics," click "Login."
3. Enter your user name and password, and then click "Log In."
4. On the right-hand side of the screen, under "Submitting a Support Request," click "Submit."
5. Fill out the form on the next page, and then click "Submit Request."
